Aaron,
Can you bring your laptop to the meeting tomorrow?
Dave Stack will have a DVD to play plus he wants to see if you can download
or play this Utube video:
The video worked fine for me and should play just fine.

After hearing Wade make fun of Dave's use of servo wire for his B-24
motor wiring I figured I'd mention an online calculator that I did a few
years ago:
This calculator lets you estimate the amount of current needed to
quickly melt (and slowly melt) copper wiring. Servo wire is probably 28
gauge, 7 strand wire. So with zero strands broken I'd expect it to hold
up to 7 amps with no trouble. By 14 amps I would expect it to be
melting. Get good airflow over it and you'll really improve its chances
of surviving.
22 ga should work great. You'll melt your speed controllers before
you'll melt the wire.

I believe the Servo wire I used on the B24 was 22Ga. On the outboard
motors I doubled up because of the longer distance.
Jon,
Servo wire is nice to work with on small motors as the three strands are hooked together and this makes for a clean, easy install. I've also used magnet wire on several planes where I had to run through a hollow carbon tube main spare in the wing.

There is some discussion on melting wires at:
http://www.cirris.com/testing/resistance/broken_strands-2.html
Somewhere I did a wire weight calculator that would be useful but I
can't find it. I'll keep looking.
