DUE TO THE DEMOLITION OF THE REMOTE POSSIBILITIES FIELD TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE NEW ST. GEORGE AIRPORT, THE DIXIE JET RALLY IS NOT TAKING PLACE THIS YEAR.

The Remote Possibilities R/C Club is again hosting this year's Dixie Jet Rally. This is the biggest jet event in the inter-mountain West. Quite a few club members come to show off their creations as well as watch the show. On-site camping is available, as are many nearby hotel accommodations.

I went last year and it was an absolute blast! There's nothing like waking up to the sound of a screaming turbine and the smell of burning kerosene. Not to mention the cattle which graze on the field at night... Watch out for the bull!
