I am sitting here watching the 2 news and the weather forecast just sucks. I have light snow falling at my house here in Taylorsville. According the the forecast this weather pattern is going to continue throught out the evening and night. Even if the field is flyable tomorrow it is suppost to be windy and cold.
We will try and reschedule another egg drop later this summer.

Dixie Jet Rally is finally going to be held this year at the field and it is nice. You can see pictures on REMOTE POSSIBILITIES web. Runway 60 x 750 with 200 ft runoff each end. Mark your calendars for the May Float Fly. This event will be held at Lincoln Beach (south end of Utah Lake)....
This event will be a POT LUCK // so bring some good stuff.
For those who may not know how to get to Lincoln Beach, the following instructions should help:
Go South on I-15 to the Spanish Fork exit (just past the Price exit). Be in the right lane as you go past
the Price exit, and it will automatically exit you from the freeway. Turn left at the stop light and
continue to 400 North where you should turn right. Proceed West over the freeway and continue after

WITH THE AMOUNT OF RAIN WE HAVE HAD THIS WEEK, THERE IS NO WAY THE FIELD WILL BE DRY ON SATURDAY. WE SEE IF WE CAN RESCHEDULE AT A LATER TIME.
