The Northern Utah Radio Controlled Aircraft Club (NURCAC) has a tradition of hosting Quickie 500 pylon races each summer. These are fun-fly style and are not sanctioned events, but pre-registration is required in order to fill out the matrix for who is racing whom. Usual participation is 8-12 flyers. Come join the fun with your Q500 airframe and .40-sized sport motor!

Club Field
Those interested are invited to attend,have lunch,and participate in the flying (pilots must have a current AMA card). The flying willbegin at 9:00 am and last until..... we have all had our fill. For directions see attached flyer.
Our annual event is being held once again in Lehi, UT at the Utah Valley Aeromodeler's field. Come join us for three days of heli flying, heli talk, some contests, good times, good food, and a raffle on Saturday. Pilot registration is $30 and attendance is free to the public.

Desert Wings RC Club will be having their Annual 5 Star Fun Fly Saturday August 8th, 2009. We would like for you and your family to come and fly with us. The carbon County Fair will be operating at the same time. If you know other flyers that would like to come Please fill free to invite them. There will be free lunch for all Pilots and their guests.

FOX 13 NEW WILL BE FILMING AT THE JORDAN MODLE PORT ON AUGUST 10TH BEGINING AT 06:00. WE NEED TO HAVE A GOOD STATIC DISPLAY SETUP AT 05:30. BIG BUDDA HAS REQUESTED THAT WE HAVE LOTS OF PLANES FLYING THIS YEAR.... SO BESIDES BRINGING YOUR HANGER QUEENS PLEASE BRING SOMETHING TO FLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE COME OUT AND SUPPORT YOUR CLUB.....
